+ what extension method do you offer?
I offer beaded weft extensions with hand tied or genius weft hair. I also offer keratin bond individual extensions and custom create bonds as well to suite the clients hair.
+ what hair do you use?
I only use 100% human hand tied hair. It is remy quality hair with the cuticles intact which prevents matting and tangling. Hair can last between 4-10 months depending on home care maintenance and desired length.
+ how many rows do i need?
The number of row(s) are determined by your current hair and your desired result. During our consult call is when we discuss the best option(s) to give you the best results.
+ will extensions damage my own hair?
Keeping the integrity of your hair is one of my top priorities. The methods I do have minimal contact points on your hair and yet still can deliver maximum fullness and length.
Many of my guests have grown their hair longer and healthier due to less frequent coloring of their own hair because the extensions do most of the work.
+ whats the difference between ktips and weft extensions?
They both service different purposes! K tips are individual strands bonded to the hair like hair strands which is great for adding fullness around the face and hairline while being discreet! They do not require maintenance and typically last about 3-5 months depending on your shed cycle and density.
wefts give you the most amount of density for the least amount of contact on the hair. It does require a 6-9 week move up maintenance however the hair can be worn several visits.
+ are extensions easy to maintain?
Yes! Daily brushing, applying oil/serum and drying your hair before going to bed is really all you need to do (treat it like its your own, with love and care!) You will receive a care sheet after your first visit so you know what to avoid and some tips and tricks on caring for your extensions.
+ can I go in the pool or ocean with extensions?
Yes you can get your hair wet! Before going in, apply oil on mid to ends and secure your hair in a braid or bun to prevent tangling or matting.
+ do you do color services without extensions?
Yes I do! I specialize in dimensional color, however, many of my guests including extension guests need their white hairs covered and/or toners in between services therefore I do offer these services.
+ what is a lived in haircut?
First, its starts with a wet cut to create the structure and foundation. Then the dry cut to create movement, volume and pieceyness while removing weight if needed for an effortless grow-out and style. I am lived-in cut certified by Ahnco Tran and his signature "undercut".
